Beside the chromotherapy, which was described before, there are many other such areas where you can take your time to relax and enjoy the benefits of various treatments. The majority of relaxation areas are situated in ante-rooms of the various saunas. Comfortable deck-chairs and pleasant music help your body be prepared for the next round of sauna. FINNISH SAUNA

It improves flexibility of the body and reduces stress. The Finnish sauna utilizes high temperature, which promotes profuse perspiration. Very low humidity levels allow temperatures that could boil water to be tolerated and even enjoyed, causing no discomfort whatsoever. The body may lose a large amount of liquid and minerals, which must be replaced during the sauna session itself. To all regular sauna-goers we recommend to cool off with the icy water from the bucket in front of the sauna, to visit the ice cave or to plunge themselves into a swimming pool with cold water. ICE CAVE
Temperature: 3 °C - 5 °C Humidity: 10 % There you will find real ice and snow. Rubbing the snow into the body and low temperatures in the cave have the same effect as the jump into the icy river or rolling in the snow. Time to be spent in the ice cave is short, till the first sensation of cold. Visit to the ice cave is advised only to those who wish to do so and to those who do not suffer from more serious circulation-related difficulties. CHROMOTHERAPY
Chromotherapy is the relaxation area where different colours are used to balance energy wherever the body is lacking, be it physical, emotional, spiritual or mental. In order to intensify the effects, we have added a touch of pleasant, relaxing music, slightly heated deck-chairs, mist and starry sky.
The effects of each colour: - Red increases both the activities of a man and his bodily organs; it strengthens the body and spirit. Mostly it is used in combination with green and blue.
- Yellow is the colour of intellect. It cheers us up, it helps mental stimulation and mental health, it improves nervous system and increases vitality.
- Green is the colour of regeneration, balance and moderation. It refreshes and relaxes, it helps lower the blood pressure, it soothes respiratory problems and helps overcome the hypersensitivity to weather.
- Blue has healing and soothing effects. It seems cold, thus helping improve insomnia and relieve tension.
